At Matmekka we serve genuine Asian food. Our chefs grind their own curry and prepare food the same way as their grandmothers have done before them. A warm welcome to Matmekka at the Museum of Ethnography!
Our food is made from clean, fresh and organic produce. We work closely with farmers that like us are passionate about clean and non-sprayed foods. We choose produce after season and menus are only set a week in advance. We cook our food with respect for both the environment and for the people eating eating it.
Freshly baked long-fermented sourdough bread made from organic grains is served every day, along with a seasonal salad full of nutrients, hummus, and spicy accompaniments.
